To group notes, by a keyword that doesn't exist in notes you can use tags. For example in your Recipe's Notebook you can tag incoming recipe's via the web clipper by diet type such as "Vegetarian" or "Paleo".
Think: Short term memory vs. Long term memory.
Need information at the tip of your tongue? Evernote tags entry offers instant suggestions as you type.
Think: Person, Place, Thing
Tags can be used to allow quick standardized and complete details to notes. An example is to use "peoples full names" in a "Meeting Minutes" Note.
Tags can also help keep you focus. Don't only think of you tag cloud as a special lens into your notebooks, but as rich rel-avant data in its own right and forefront of your thoughts.
